Quran Legends Terms of Service

Welcome!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quran Legends mobile application ("App") and website ("Website") (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Services.

1. Account Creation and Eligibility

1.1. You may create an account ("Account") with Quran Legends by using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. 1.2. You are only eligible to create an Account if you are at least 13 years of age. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.

2. Use of the Services

2.1. You may access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. 2.2. You agree to use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. 2.3. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Services.
• Access or use the Services in a manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or disrupt the Services or any server or network connected to the Services.
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including, but not limited to, violating any intellectual property laws.
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Collect or store any personally identifiable information of other users without their express consent.

3. User Content

3.1. You may submit content (e.g., comments, feedback, suggestions) to Quran Legends ("User Content"). 3.2. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to Quran Legends, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and sub-license your User Content in connection with the Services. 3.3. You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of its submission. You represent and warrant that you own all rights necessary to grant the license set forth in Section 3.2 above.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. The Services and all content and materials included therein, including, but not limited to, software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, patents, and copyrights, are the property of Quran Legends or its licensors. 4.2. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Services.

5. Disclaimers

5.1. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 5.2. QURAN LEGENDS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE. 5.3. QURAN LEGENDS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR COMPLETE. 5.4. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QURAN LEGENDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, EVEN IF QURAN LEGENDS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Termination

7.1. Quran Legends may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all, with or without notice. 7.2. You may terminate your Account at any time.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Entire Agreement

9.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quran Legends regarding your use of the Services.

10. Severability

10.1. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. No Waiver

11.1. No waiver by Quran Legends of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

12. Amendments

12.1. Quran Legends may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the Services. You are responsible for checking the Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Services after the amended Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
